A sincere Thank you to OLGC School Principal Nic Gaglia, Assistant Principal Jasmin Kenworthy and Education Assistant Shannon Wilson for their help and support and the use of the school facilities for morning tea, and to the Head Girl and Boy for their enthusiastic help.
MEALS BY MUMS
Once again a group of mums will be volunteering their time for "Meals by Mums" cooking home style meals, cooked my mums from the OLGC Canteen and distributed to those in need by Shop Front WA.
We are looking to cook in week 5 of each term and looking for some new volunteers. You don't need to be available every term so any time you have available is welcomed.
The date for the first cook of this year is:
- Wed 25th March 2020
- Where: OLGC Canteen
- Time: 9am - 1pm
If you can donate one morning per term and are interested in helping, please contact Josephine on 0409 835 560.
FUNDRAISER CAKE STALL
Congratulations to Geneva Gooch who ran a cake stall in the Karrinyup Community by herself and raised $172.80.
The proceeds will be split between the Smith Family and the Animals of Bush Fire Relief.
Geneva designed and organised the Flyer drop and baked 'most' of the sweets with a little help from Dad.
Well done Geneva for thinking of others in need.
